The making procedure of the Sun-Dried Green Tea
- Select and pick: In the morning 8~9 o’clock withing small fog, they are very tender if they are picked at this time.
3. Fresh leaves be drained: natural draining.
4.Crank up: Keep the temperature of the caldron under 60℃ - 65℃, the fresh leaves will turning soft and getting fragrant.
5 .Roll: Put the tea in the sieve and roll them to make the tea leaves cells be cashed then the things in the tea leaves will be infused out more tea soup.
6. Sun-drying and repeating roll: Make the tea be dried to 50%, and make the tea leaves be straight. The damage of the tea leaves cells will be at 30%~40%.
7. Hanging to dry: Hanging 3~5 hours, keep the moisture at 8%. They are not too dry and too crisp.
8. Collect: Hand working to select and collect to eliminate the things which is varia, and the yellow leaves, to make the out appearance be even and nice.
The color of the made Sun-dried green tea is black green with grey, the clear track of the leaves, and the rope of the leaves are stout and strong.
Very delicious after every thing’s done. And we will be very happy to have a taste even if they are just made and not reserved.
